I had a dealing with Jordan for a property purchase and I need to highlight some of the really good qualities of him.
1. No 1, he was very transparent and open about the sale.
2. Once the contract was signed, unlike other agents , he never pushed me to pay the initial 1000.00 AUD deposit or even the 10% of the property.
3. Also, property was 20 years old, he ensured it had the required electricity safety done , clean the gutters and fix all the leakages of bathrooms.  He was really good in organising them with the owner.
4. Always there to answer your call.
5. He seems to have depth of knowledge in terms of property management and I am looking forward to use his service as a property manager.
6. I had to trouble him for some of the work we had to carry out prior to settlement and he really had patience on all the dealings.

Finally, he is NOT a Sales agent who would try to rip you off. You can trust him.
